Ghandruk Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Boating and sightseeing at Phewa Lake and Tal Barahi Temple. Overnight at hotel, Lakeside Pokhara
Day 2: Early morning, drive to Sarangkot to view the magnificent view of majestic mountain ranges. Full-day sightseeing tour at Mahendra Cave, Seti River Gorge, Mountain Museum and World Peace Pagoda. Overnight at hotel, Lakeside Pokhara
Day 3: Drive to Ghandruk via Nayapul. Explore Gurung village and visit the Gurung museum. Overnight at the local guest house, Ghandruk
Day 4: Explore around Ghandruk and return to Kathmandu
You will depart from Kathmandu early in the morning and ride for 6/7 hours via Thankot, Malekhu, Mugling and Bandipur to get to Pokhara (or you can fly to Pokhara for about 25 minutes). After reaching Pokhara, you will do some sightseeing & boating at Phewa Lake. The next day, you will drive to Sarangkot to see the breathtaking views of the mountain range. Later, in the afternoon, you have the full day sightseeing of Pokhara city- you will visit Mahendra Cave, Seti River Gorge, Mountain Museum and World Peace Pagoda. Next morning you will drive to Ghandruk via Nayapul and explore the Gurung village & visit the Gurung museum. Enjoy the lifestyle, culture, tradition & local food of the Gurung people with the magnificent close up views of the Himalayas. After exploring Ghandruk, you will drive back to Kathmandu.
