Day Tour

For Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan Tours. A photocopy of your passport and a 20% deposit of the total cost of the trip should be provided to us by you while booking the trip. The 20% deposit amount is non-refundable once you have made the down payment of the trip. The deposit will be considered as trip cancellation fee if you cancel your trip in any day after booking the trip with us. The remaining amount can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu before you set out for your trek/tour. Note: In case of Bhutan and Tibet tours, you need to pay the balance amount 20 days prior to your departure date if you intend to fly to those countries directly. We reserve our right to cancel your trip if you could not make your payment within our stipulated time.
